This refund policy forms part of the general terms and conditions of Delmas Saad and Products. By making a purchase, you accept the terms as set out herein.

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Refunds will only be considered under the specific conditions outlined in this document. No other conditions, whether verbal or written, will be considered binding.

We accept no liability for any loss or damage resulting from:

  • Products not meeting subjective expectations

  • Incorrect use, storage, or handling of products

  • Failure to initiate the refund process within the prescribed timeframe

Consumers are advised to carefully review product information and, if uncertain, to make inquiries before placing an order.

Refund Policy - The Basics

At Delmas Saad and Products, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products (especially seeds and perishable goods), refunds or exchanges are generally not possible.

We only accept refund requests if:

  • The incorrect product was sent by us, and

  • The item is still in its original, unopened packaging

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with a description of the issue and proof (e.g., photos). No refunds will be considered after this period or if the packaging has been opened or damaged.

At Delmas Saad and Products, we do everything in our power to provide quality products and reliable service to every customer. Since most of our products are seeds and similar perishable agricultural goods, it is important to note the following:

No Refunds or Exchanges Allowed

We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any of our products unless an incorrect delivery has occurred. This policy applies because:

  • Seeds are sensitive to handling, storage, and temperature

  • Product quality cannot be guaranteed once the packaging is opened or tampered with

  • Seeds may not be recirculated or resold once they have left our premises

Exception: Incorrect Product Received

A refund or exchange will only be considered if:

  • The incorrect product was sent due to our error, and

  • The original packaging is undamaged and unopened

In such a case, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Order Cancellation and Deposit Policy

Please note that deposits are non-refundable once a product has been ordered. If you choose to cancel your order after we’ve placed it with our supplier, your deposit will be retained to cover costs incurred.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Once a deposit is paid, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that no refunds will be issued based on price changes or order cancellations.
