All orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. If there is a delay in processing due to availability or high demand, we will notify you in a timely manner.

We currently ship only within South Africa. Delivery is carried out via reliable local couriers or, in certain cases, by our own logistics team within the Delmas area.

3. Delivery Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Delmas Saad accepts no responsibility for lost packages due to incorrect address information. If there is an issue with your address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the situation and inform you of possible solutions.
If a package is declared lost by the delivery service, we will handle it according to their policy and, where possible, replace the order or offer a credit.
